Director
Donor & Sponsor Engagement

Jude Scott is a seasoned business development leader with over two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships in the retail and nonprofit sectors. As Director of Donor & Sponsor Engagement for the International Peace Alliance and International Peace Festival, Jude leads the cultivation of philanthropic relationships and corporate sponsorships that sustain and expand the organization’s mission to advance peace through arts, culture, and community empowerment.

Drawing from his tenure with leading organizations such as Walmart Canada, Sam’s Club, and 2001 Audio Video, Jude brings a results-driven approach to fundraising and stakeholder engagement. His expertise in project leadership, strategic sourcing, and vendor partnership management has contributed to the success of large-scale national initiatives, including the rollout of Walmart’s “Store of the Future” and urban supercentre concepts. He has also advised on innovative brand campaigns through his consultancy, J Scott Consultant Group Inc.

At the IPA, Jude is instrumental in building long-term relationships with donors, corporate partners, and brand sponsors. He develops tailored engagement strategies that align organizational values with partner goals, facilitates high-impact sponsorship opportunities around key events such as the Peace Ambassadors Awards Gala, and ensures meaningful recognition of all supporters.

In addition to his professional achievements, Jude has a strong record of community leadership. He has served in multiple roles across Ontario’s youth football organizations, including President of York Region Football and Commissioner of the Ontario Varsity Football League. He is also a veteran of the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RCEME), and currently serves as Vice Chair of The Vandgard, supporting arts and cultural initiatives.

Jude holds a degree in Electronic Technology from the New Brunswick Community College and has completed advanced leadership training with Walmart and The Friedman Group. His entrepreneurial spirit, people-first philosophy, and passion for community-building make him a vital force in shaping the IPA’s donor and sponsorship strategy.
